One of those protective extras is wearing “blue booties” to keep your floors clean. Upon request, we can also help you change out those high or hard to reach light bulbs.
Estimates
With years of experience, Tom is very skilled in giving an estimate of the cost of your project. Most of the time with a few questions and the aid of google maps to locate your property, he can give you a personalized bid over the phone.
Frequently commercial customers require a more detailed bid. As needed, Tom will come to your property to ensure all those details are included and present you with a competitive invoiced bid that is based on your desire for monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual maintenance.
For residential services, we’re usually scheduled several weeks in advance during the busy season of April-August. If Tom cannot estimate your project cost over the phone, he will come to your home to create a reasonable estimate that includes all of your needs.
